Overview
The Recruitment feature allows community owners and administrators to post recruitment listings for their communities. Whether you're looking for moderators, builders, developers, or other staff members, this tool helps you find the right candidates.
Creating a Recruitment Listing
- Navigate to your page's dashboard
- Click on Recruitment in the sidebar
- Click Create New Listing
- Fill in the position details
- Position Title - The role you're looking to fill
- Description - Responsibilities and expectations
- Requirements - Skills or experience needed
- Position Type - Volunteer or Paid
- Click Publish to make your listing visible
Managing Applications
Once your listing is live, candidates can submit applications. You can review, accept, or decline applications from the Recruitment dashboard. Applicants will be notified of your decision.
Applying for Positions
To apply for an open position:
- Browse available listings on the server's recruitment page
- Click on a position that interests you
- Review the requirements and responsibilities
- Use the defined method for "applying" for the position. Whether that be direct message, externally, or via an on-site application form
- Submit your application and wait for a response

Gemini Servers is not responsible for any paid positions listed on our platform. We provide the recruitment tools as a convenience for community members, but we do not:
- Verify, endorse, or guarantee any paid position listings
- Mediate payment disputes between parties
- Guarantee payment for completed work
- Verify the legitimacy of job offers or compensation claims
Your Responsibility
When engaging with paid positions, you do so entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend:
- Thoroughly vetting any server or individual before accepting paid work
- Using secure payment methods with buyer/seller protection
- Getting agreements in writing before starting work
- Never sharing sensitive personal or financial information
- Being cautious of offers that seem too good to be true
Reporting Issues
If you encounter fraudulent listings or suspicious activity, please report them to our support team. While we cannot resolve payment disputes, we can take action against users who violate our terms of service.
