Very small additions this weekend. Server ratings are now part of the list: Server's receive ratings (on a 100 point scale) based on reviews players have given. In the future this rating may be modified to use more than just reviews as part of it.
The second thing added, which is also small, is an all-time vote count per server. Hovering over "votes: X" on a server listing will show how many votes the server has received since they were listed.
P.S. Mobile users do not have this functionality. Sorry!
