So the review and applications features may not come out as soon as I had hoped. I only have about 6 days from today to get those out and I may have been a little distracted by other features I've been working on. All smaller ones, but things I think should be added nonetheless. Anyways, I just wanted to supply this update so people know what is going on and why they didn't see the two features show up.
