Since I noticed a bit of a spike in users the last month or so, I decided I'd tweak the list to emphasize online servers first and foremost, then servers that are regularly viewed.
By "regularly" I mean, once every 15 or so minutes. You can keep your server on the top of the list by vieewing your page once in a while.
This will change in the future as the list grows, but for now you can manually "bump" your own server. However, you lose your spot if you server returns as "offline".
