Update 2:
Moments after posting the first update, I discovered the issue.It was quie simple actually, but since it's been a while since I've done anything with the code base within the filter, I hadn't remembered a change I made a while back.
To make the story short, the filter wasn't looking at servers that weren't "verified".
Update 1:
I'm having a difficult time locating the issue. No errors are popping up and when running the filters on my test server, they work fine. I will continue to look into it and will update this and github when I solve the issue.
