BattlePals is making a comeback! It’ll be a slow burn as I split my free time between bringing BattlePals back into a functional state (The backend versions have changed dramatically and everything needs to be updated to reflect those changes) and working on Gemini Servers. (name change in progress)

Not to mention, the real-time battle server isn’t complete yet. It is in a relatively playable state, but does not yet have all of the same functionality that the non-live server has. That is where the majority of the work resides at this time. 

If I don’t get caught up in refactoring large parts of code, it shouldn’t be too hard to get it up and running for tests.

The BattlePals website is being taken down until further notice. 

The game is not to the point of functionality that I would like it to be, but more importantly, it isn't receiving the development it deserves.

Until I can find more time to work on my passion, I cannot financially support the hosting costs to keep it sitting barren.

This is why the website is going dark today. With hopes that it will return in the future.
